Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Notlu application ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Notlu.

Notlu is a voice note-taking application that allows users to: • Record voice notes and audio memos • Convert voice recordings to text transcriptions • Organize and manage notes in folders • Store and synchronize notes across devices • Access notes through secure user accounts The App uses artificial intelligence services to provide speech-to-text functionality and may include additional features for note organization and management.

To use the App, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Not share your account with others You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Record conversations without proper consent • Upload content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems • Use the App to transmit malicious code or harmful content • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or record through the App, including voice recordings, notes, and transcriptions. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to: • Process your content to provide the App's services • Store and backup your content securely • Create transcriptions from your voice recordings The App, including its software, design, and features, is owned by Notlu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App processes your voice recordings to create text transcriptions using artificial intelligence services. You acknowledge that: • Transcription accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed • You are responsible for reviewing transcriptions for accuracy • Voice recordings are processed by third-party AI services • We implement security measures to protect your recordings You must ensure you have proper consent before recording any conversations involving other parties.

We strive to maintain the App's availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to: • Scheduled maintenance • Technical issues or server problems • Third-party service disruptions • Force majeure events We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notlu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of data or content • Business interruption • Lost profits or revenue • Accuracy of transcriptions • Third-party service failures Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING: • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy or completeness of transcriptions • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Security against unauthorized access You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for any consequences of its use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notlu from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload or create through the App • Any recordings made without proper consent

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the App. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for: • Violation of these Terms • Illegal or harmful activities • Extended periods of inactivity • Technical or security reasons Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your account data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through: • In-app notifications • Email notifications • Updated Terms posted in the App Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
