We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your Notlu account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to elitesolostudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Notlu Account"

Include your registered email address or Google account email to verify your identity

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

  • Your user profile and account information
  • All voice recordings and audio files
  • All transcriptions and text notes
  • All folders and organizational data
  • Synchronized data across devices

Data That May Be Retained

  • Anonymized usage logs for analytics purposes (these do not identify you personally and cannot be traced back to your account)
  • Legal compliance records as required by applicable laws (retention period varies by jurisdiction)

Processing Timeline

Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your deletion request within 24 hours

Processing: Account deletion will be completed within 7 business days

Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete
